Fuchs

Awesome score! Are they real or aftermarket? 15s or 16s?

I've held a few types of Porsche wheels under various 245s in the past, and never liked the look enough to buy custom adapters. I'm looking forward to seeing someone make it look good!

those appear to be the AR replicas from the pics...(too narrow where the spoke meets the center). I would love to be mistaken tho. Post the PN?

15x7/15x8's are worth 800+ as a set.

I found a set of real Fuchs staggered 15x7, 15x8 at the yard once... locked in the trunk of a 740!!! I did get them out :) Chewy I think your correct

All 4 are 15x7, reps for sure. They're definitely "used" with some corrosion on the back side. I may try and clean them up later. Plan is to use them as winter wheels, and my D90's as summer. That way I don't have to take the spacers off all the time.

I did some research and measurement of my own for adapters. Here's what I measured and what I found through research:

Fuchs 15x7, ET23.3 for all 4
D90's 16x6 and 16x8, ET52 for all 4

I've found quite a few people running close to ET0 without too many problems. I've already lightly rolled the rear fenders, I don't mind cutting the inside lip and rolling them more severely.

Since the stock 240 rear end is about 8mm narrower on both sides, I'm hoping to plan that into the spacers.

Would one set of spacers work for both sets of wheels? Obviously the D90's would fit more inside the fender due to the increased offset, and the Fuchs would fit closer to ET0, albeit with a smaller tire.

If the stock 240 wheels are offset at ET20, and I get front spacers at 25mm and rears at 32mm, that'd make the D90's fit close to stock wheels, while the Fuchs would fit with a few mm's negative offset, yes? Perhaps my spacers should be slightly thinner?

Thoughts?

Oh, and here's the D90's

Poke and stretch.

I'd find a set of 20mm spacers in the front and 25mm for the rear. The Fuchs have a already low offset, as you know.

With the 20mm spacers, you may have to shorten the wheel studs...quick job, with an angle grinder and dye.
