It is L8 Ernesto style din 24 fitting. Not actually same as Volvo ball fitting, so use only for testing.

B200ET can take small amount of elevated boost. Say 0,8-1,0 bar.

After that I would forget B200. And Motronic too. And M46.
(That escalated quickly)

Compressor sounds nice. Performance/work ratio is pretty low compared to turbocharging. You get easily over 300 HP with turbo on a B230 and bolt on parts. With compressor 200-250 HP is lot of work.

I once rebuild my 240 calibers. Never again. Dipping them in acid, drilling and tapping bleeding screws. Spending money on rubbers, screws... I saved about 50 euros...

Some flow values of exhaust port. This is newer design, which have this B30E style casting for injector at the top of the cylinder head. Radius is smoother on these.

Usually 0,5 mm has been taken off from the deck to get pistons "zeroed". I chose 0, 8 mm thick HG from B30E.

I guess Cr is around 10,5:1.

I had both Hella and Cibie Z-beams on my 122. Not that big difference, but I should have understand that U=RI and P=UI part of physics. I lost too many watts there.
