Lubricating 740 Sunroof

What's the recommended lubricant for a 740 sunroof? My go-to lubricant is usually lithium grease but I heard that may not be the best option for the sunroof tracks.

Figured someone on here is bound to have a recommendation for something they've had good results with.

Also, any points that may require special attention? I seldom used my sunroof prior to now, and having finally adjusted the electric motor stopping point I believe I should get it lubricated and ready for regular use.

TIA.

I've used white lithium but have found it needs to be cleaned and refreshed every other year or so on my '86 740.

FWIW, I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT SUNROOFS!
