So, this isn't to discuss weather or not I need one, but instead of buying an expensive off the shelf one. Has anyone tried the Mazzaratti oil accumulator. I haven't been able to find anyone that is using one online, but normally when ebay had a ton of these it's because People like myself are using them. I will probably buy one and plumb it in unless somone has some experience.

Never heard of that name. Canton Mecca was the brand that sold oil accumulators. You can use it two ways. The usual is to preoil your engine. Another method is to use it to fill with oil while the engine is running. Then through a check valve when you shut off the engine it will continue to oil the turbo after shutdown. Usually holds about an extra quart. I have this type on a 242 turbo.
