780 blower motor resistor different from 740??

Hey guys so in my 1991 Volvo 780 turbo the blower motor quit randomly with no side effects... I removed the blower motor and it works when you directly connect it to the battery.


So people say the next thing to check is the blower motor resistor... but my 780 seems to have a weird one of a kind resistor! here's a picture.

It also has a part # of 1365678

am i correct in thinking this is the blower motor resistor? Does anyone have one like this they can sell me?
