ipd springs and bilsteins and now noise

So I put new ipd lowering springs and all new shocks and struts and this thing is popping badly when I turn the wheel. Has new strut mounts as well. Things went smoothly on install but my god is it popping loudly.
 
Strut top nut torqued properly (and by that... I mean spun all the way down and set properly)
 
Maybe take raise the car and let the suspension drop on one side, then the other, to try to isolate the noise?

Big negative camber? Springs rubbing towers?
 
Definitely the top nut, I bet its not seated. When I installed mine the first time when I was a noob, I didn't torque them down enough(as in they spun and I didn't have the right tool or an air gun), man was it loud.
