Would you recommend that over powdercoat? My thought is, if you're going to the trouble of refinishing (and straightening!) wheels, may as well make them bulletproof...
Of course, a quickie shot of paint to make it look a little more presentable is a different story. Don't know what the OP had in mind.

If you are looking for a good rattle can wheel paint. The Wurth silver wheel paint is good stuff.
