I added a comment on the youtube channel for people,
"I prefer to keep the spindle bearing surfaces clean of grease and dry, it helps keep inner race of the wheel bearing from spinning on the spindle. Those inner races should stay stationary and if they start spinning they will wear down the spindle surfaces."
