Ok everything should be working normally now, people with non English character username should be able to log in and stuff shouldn't be making database errors when it tries to display ISO characters.
 
Looks like you replaced the oily rag mod for a proper oil cap. Glad we were able to use the site in the mean time (even with the puzzling question marks riddled through out half of the posts). It was a perfect microcosm (macrocosm?) of bypassing a bad fuel relay to get home so you can fix it for real. Very TB. Thanks Dana!
 
Would it be possible to re-enable the theme selection dropdown menu while you are in there? :please:

Looks like it might be a compatibility issue with the latest version of php...
