I know haha. But I'm thankfull that I can work in the shop and use all the tools Maybe in a few years when I buy a house instead of an apartment.

Does anyone know what axle of diff I should get to cope with approx 400hp? For starters I will weld this one but I would like an LSD in the future. Thanks

i got a g80 thats modded im selling. yoshifab had one in his 400whp 242 with good success

So the axles in the rear end will hold 400hp just fine? Only need to get a beafy LSD?

look on the left axle tube from the rear.. there must be a Sticker.. if it says 1041 (g80 locker) you're good to go for cheap.. if it says 1031 you need to do something..

But.. i dont like the behaviour of the g80.. i want a truetrac or somethuign similar as soon as my 16v gets T?V


If there is no Sticker: do a Burnout.. 2 stripes -> let go over 40KM/h one stripe -> g80

I took the Volvo to the workshop of a friend of mine and we made a driveshaft adapter. Oh and he owns a Nissan S13 1JZ swap.. HOLY ****! that thing is fast!

Because I bought and installed a 2 post lift to work on I hadn't have much time to work on the 2JZ 940. Still managed to do a few things though:

On the 29th of April I will be going to Japfest Silverstone so I kinda have a deadline for my 2JZ Volvo 940 Build..

I bought a TIG welder and I absolutely love welding with it, I used to only weld with MIG but this looks way better and is more fun to do. The first thing I welded were some aluminum brackets for my intercooler. Took me a few hours to get used to welding aluminum.
